iCinac Wired L.A.B.

Fermentation Monitor
A fully integrated system for Lactic Acid Bacteria fermentation monitoring and kinetics analysis, as well as a multi-channel fermentation (L.A.B.) bioreactor control unit. It is widely used to monitor ferments in starter, functional, bio-protective, and probiotic cultures.

The analyzer can be equipped with its external control module (optional) to control heating baths, peristaltic pumps, circulators and becomes a complete L.A.B. fermentation multi-position bioreactor platform.

iCinac Wireless L.A.B.

Analysis of Lactic Acid Bacteria (L.A.B.)
A fully integrated system to monitor Lactic Acid Bacteria fermentation kinetics that allows for a complete modular build and design. iCinac Wireless permits running different kinetics fermentation experiments for Lactic Acid Bacteria via its pH/Temp and pH/ORP/Temp electrodes. iCinac electrodes communicate wirelessly with the iCinac Wireless receiver using transmitters. iCinac Wireless allows for a completely modular product build and can be expanded when desired with the acquisition of new transmitters and electrodes.
