Electronic autosampler “ZERO BLANK”

The autosampler movements are controlled electronically by a stepper micromotor. Three carousels are available with 32, 50 and 100 positions respectively.

The “Zero Blank” is completely sealed and a “purge” system ensures the elimination of any “nitrogen residue”, making it particularly suitable for use in isotope analysis.

PN150 Pneumatic Autosampler

The PN150 pneumatic autosampler allows for stacking up to three carousels for a total of 147 samples loaded simultaneously.
A compressed air line drives the piston movement that drops the capsule into the combustion reactor.

Before falling into the reactor, the sample stays in a conditioning chamber where a flow of helium ensures the elimination of atmospheric nitrogen introduced during loading. Once dropped into the reactor, the next sample is automatically introduced into the conditioning chamber.

This type of autosampler allows for continuous addition of samples during analysis. The autosampler sample vessels have a diameter of 11.5 mm. They can therefore easily accommodate large, bulky or low-specific-gravity samples (glass fiber filters, soil, leaves, etc.). A large window allows for a clear view of the sample combustion inside the reactor.
